Rival Fit is a functional based class combining resistance and cardiovascular training. Each class will be programmed and modelled on a high intensity interval training that will challenge and take your overall fitness to a whole new level.

Items to Bring: Athletic shoes, towel & water bottle.

Rival strength is designed to elevate fitness through a fusion of compound movements and resistance training. Utilizing combination of rigs, kettlebells, dumbbells & tires, this high-energy session pushes your limits, fostering strength, agility, and determination.

Boxing conditioning incorporates basic boxing skills and techniques programmed to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance. A great way to burn calories whilst having fun.

Kickboxing conditioning incorporates basic kickboxing skills and techniques programmed to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance. A great way to burn calories whilst having fun.

Boxing skill classes are designed and programmed to teach the fundamentals of boxing for all levels. These classes incorporate all aspects of boxing from punching technique, footwork, and defence.

Muay Thai classes are designed and programmed to teach the fundamentals of Thai kickboxing the ancient art of eight limbs. This class incorporates all aspects of Muay Thai from kicking, punching, elbows, knees, footwork, and defensive work.

Items to Bring: Gloves, wraps, shinpads (not all classes), towel & water bottle.

Mixed martial arts involve all aspects of martial arts from BJJ, Muay Thai, Judo, Boxing, Kickboxing, and other disciplines. MMA Classes will develop your overall technical aspects when it comes to striking and grappling whilst also developing cardiovascular & muscular endurance.

Items to Bring: MMA Gloves, shinpads, wraps, towel & water bottle.

Brazilian Ji Jitsu No Gi is undertaken with both combatants wearing shorts and a rash guard. This style is like submission wrestling. No Gi BJJ is fast paced and is becoming very popular with practitioners and spectators alike.

Items to Bring: Mouthguard.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a dynamic, self defence system that emphasizes technique, leverage, and ground fighting. It’s effective for self defence as it emphasizes practical techniques and strategies for neutralizing opponents. BJJ training provides a full body workout developing strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

Items to Bring: BJJ Gi, mouthguard.

Yoga with a focus to supplement your martial arts practice and strength training routine with body opening movements like shoulder scorpion stretches and crescent lunge pose as you facilitate your mobility and body awareness to help your performance.

Items to Bring: Floor Matt, Towel & Water.

Floor pilates focuses on controlled movements, breathing techniques, and mindful body awareness to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and posture, and enhance well-being. Pilates workouts typically engage the core muscles, including the abdominals, back, and pelvic floor, and emphasize the integration of the whole body to create fluid, efficient movement patterns. The practice of Pilates promotes a sense of balance, harmony, and mind-body connection.

Kids/Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu GI classes teach the basics and fundamentals of the sport. This program teaches self defence techniques and develops conditioning and athletic skills. Our classes also aim to improve motor skills, agility, flexibility and instils discipline.

Youth Kickboxing, Ages:10-14 will teach the basics & fundamentals of kickboxing discipline whilst developing the technical aspect of the sport such as correct punching & kicking technique, footwork, stance, and hand eye coordination. Our classes are programmed to develop and improve students cardiovascular and muscular endurance while also giving the students the right self-defence tools building there confidence and keeping them physically fit.

Items to Bring: Boxing gloves, Wraps, Towel & Water Bottle.

Youth boxing, Ages: 10-14 will teach basics & fundamentals of boxing whilst developing the technical aspect of the sport such as correct punching technique, footwork, stance and hand eye coordination. Our classes are programmed to develop and improve students cardiovascular and muscular endurance while also giving the students the right self-defence tools building their confidence and keeping them physically fit.

Items to Bring: Boxing gloves, Wraps, Towel & Water Bottle.

Kids boxing, Ages: 5-9 will teach basics & fundamentals of boxing whilst developing the technical aspect of the sport such as correct punching technique, footwork, stance and hand eye coordination. Our classes are programmed to develop and improve students cardiovascular and muscular endurance while also giving the students the right self-defence tools building there confidence and keeping them physically fit.

Kids/Youth Wrestling, Age: 5-14 will teach the basics and fundamentals of the sport. Wrestling classes involve a wide variety of grappling techniques such as clinching, throws and takedowns. Wrestling as a sport is great for strength and conditioning, flexibility and core development.

Youth Muay Thai, Ages: 9-14 teach basics, fundamentals whilst developing technical aspect of the sport such as correct punching technique, footwork, stance and hand eye coordination. Our classes are programmed to develop and improve students cardiovascular and muscular endurance while also giving the students the right self-defence tools building there confidence and keeping them physically fit.
